DESCRIPTION OF OUR GUEST HOUSE
"Boat House"
Our guesthouse has been completely refurbished throughout with all new flooring appliances, furniture, and bathroom. Sitting on a point lot, it's almost surrounded by water. Your only neighbor is the lake. This is a great little get away for honey mooners, anniversaries, or average size families. Coming inside from the rear on ground level, you approach a spacious private deck with a picnic table, charcoal grill, patio furniture, and a 5 man Hot Tub over looking the lake.
Going inside there is a great room with a lot of glass that offers at tremendous view of big open waters almost all the way around. This room is 20 X 20 foot that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with ice maker, full size electric stove, full size sink dishwasher, blender, can opener, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and all cooking, and eating utensils, glasses, plates, pots and pans. Each room has a television. All you have to bring is the groceries! There is a dining bar separating the den area from the kitchen with 6 oak bar stools. The den area has a queen size futon sofa sleeper with an extra thick inner spring mattress, a 27 inch television with cable, VCR, cordless telephone (local service). Glass doors lead out to a 20 X 4 covered balcony overlooking wide open water with patio chairs. There is a spacious newly constructed full bath. There is a spiral stairway leading downstairs to two separate bedrooms. Each bedroom has ceramic tile floors, stucco walls, a full size bed with a single bed over the top of the full, large dressers with mirrors, closets, and each has a 6 foot sliding glass door exiting to a downstairs covered balcony facing the lake, private dock only a few steps away to park your boat and start fishing. The water depth is 10 foot. There is a sanded swimming area directly in front of the house. We often refer to this rental as our boat house due to the ship style decor, and the fact that there is so much lake view around, you practically feel like you're out in the lake. The maximum sleeping capacity is 8. The square footage is around 900 to 950.
